Contingent Permanent Recruitment Services
Infopeople offers this full end to end service for clients who have low to medium volume recruitment requirements and require a fast turnaround time. The fee for service is payable on placement of the candidate. The service includes the following recruitment methodology:
- A briefing session with HR/Line Manager
- Job specification development to determine competencies and skills requirements
- Database search/advertising strategy and online advertising
- Other methods of sourcing including referrals and networking
- Candidate telephone screening
- Assessing resumes
- Internal interview using behavioural interviewing
- Short listing candidates
- Reference checking
- Notifying unsuccessful candidates
- Organising client interviews and testing if required
- Offer negotiation/acceptance and agreement on start date
- Advising unsuccessful candidates
Infopeople’s retained recruitment service is beneficial for any clients trying to fill “hard to find” skills, management roles or other roles where you are targeting high quality or highly skilled candidates. Fees are paid in 3 installments: 1/3 of the fee is payable on receiving the job brief, 1/3 of the fee is payable on the client receiving the shortlist and the balance of the fee is paid on placement of the candidate. This is a dedicated and retained service ensuring maximum impact and successful completion against objectives.
Our ‘head-hunting’ process focuses on identifying and retaining high-level executives with specialist knowledge in the areas of Information Technology, ICT Consultancy and/or Telecommunications. We work in partnership with our clients for an agreed period of time, adding our experience to their recruitment programs and processes.
Company In/Out Service
The same service is offered as our contingent recruitment service, however the entire interview process is conducted either in the Infopeople offices or at the client’s offices. The entire time commitment to the client is less than 1 day. This includes reading resumes and a briefing from an Infopeople recruitment specialist in between candidate interviews. Offers are generally made on the same day and there is a 99% success rate of a successful placement.
